Survey Respondent Terms

This document governs the terms of participation for respondents taking surveys hosted on the POLLSAR platform. By participating in a survey, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Platform Status

POLLSAR provides a technical platform that enables third parties (survey creators) to create, distribute, and analyze surveys.

POLLSAR is not the organizer of most surveys, does not control the content of survey questions, and is not responsible for the wording, purpose, or use of survey results by survey creators.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in surveys is entirely voluntary. You may stop completing a survey at any time without providing a reason, unless otherwise specified by the survey organizer.

3. Privacy and Data Processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the settings of a specific survey, your responses may be:

• Anonymous
• Linked to contact details
• Used by the survey creator for further communication

POLLSAR processes data as a platform operator, while the survey creator may act as an independent data controller.

3.1. Sensitive Data

Unless explicitly required by the terms of a specific survey and you clearly understand the purpose of such request, we recommend that you do not provide sensitive personal data, including but not limited to:

• Passport details or government-issued identification numbers
• Bank account or payment card information
• Medical information
• Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political opinions
• Other special categories of personal data

POLLSAR does not require the submission of such data for participation in standard surveys. The provision of such information is made solely at your own initiative and responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

POLLSAR is not responsible for:

• The content of surveys created by platform users
• Decisions made by survey creators based on survey results
• Any damages arising from participation in a survey

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

As a respondent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use automated tools (bots) to complete surveys
• Not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the platform

POLLSAR reserves the right to restrict access in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the POLLSAR platform (including design, software code, and logos) are protected by intellectual property laws.

Rights to the content of a specific survey belong to its creator.

Copying, distributing, or otherwise using materials without the permission of the respective rights holder is prohibited.

7. Age Restrictions

Participation in surveys is permitted for individuals aged 16 or older, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the survey organizer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes related to the use of the platform are subject to the Terms of Use.
