1.1. This DMCA Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") governs the procedure for handling copyright infringement complaints related to content posted on the Pollsar platform (hereinafter — the "Platform"), available at https://pollsar.com, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including Authors who upload content (surveys, images, videos, audio files, logos, and other accompanying material).
1.2. POLLSAR LLC (hereinafter — "Pollsar", "we"), registered in the United States of America (State of Florida), strives to respect copyright and provides users with the ability to report alleged infringements through the procedures described in this Policy.
1.3. Pollsar acts as a service provider under the DMCA and is not liable for content posted by users, provided that the procedures set out in this Policy are followed.
2.1. If you are a copyright holder or their authorized representative and believe that content posted on the Platform infringes your copyright, you can submit an infringement notice (hereinafter — the "Notice") in accordance with the requirements of the DMCA.

2.4. An incomplete or incorrect Notice may be rejected. Pollsar reserves the right to request additional information to confirm your right to file a complaint.
3.1. After receiving a valid Notice, Pollsar will take the following actions:

4.1. If the User believes that their content was removed or blocked by mistake or as a result of misidentification, they can submit a counter-notice (hereinafter — the "Counter-Notice").

5.2. A repeat infringement is considered the receipt of two or more confirmed Notices of copyright infringement against a single user within 12 months.
