Pollsar Refund Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") governs the procedure for refunds for services provided on the Pollsar platform (hereinafter — the "Platform"), available at https://pollsar.com, by POLLSAR LLC (hereinafter — "Pollsar", "we"), registered in the United States of America (State of Florida).

1.2. The Policy applies to all paid services provided to Authors, including subscription plans, in accordance with the Subscription Terms.

1.3. The Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer, the Service Agreement, and the Subscription Terms. Using paid services means you agree to this Policy.

2. Grounds for Refunds

2.1. Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of a new paid subscription within 14 calendar days of the first payment, if its paid features were not used (e.g., you did not create surveys and did not use analytics).
  • Automatic renewal that you did not use: a refund request can be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
  • Technical failures on Pollsar's side that prevented the use of paid services (e.g., unavailability of the Platform or of paid features).

2.2. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • If you used the paid features of the service (e.g., created surveys or used analytics).
  • If the failures were caused by third parties (e.g., payment systems such as Stripe or PayPal).
  • When downgrading a plan, no refund is provided for the remaining period of the current plan.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. Refunds for subscription plans:

  • If you cancel a new subscription within 14 calendar days of the first payment and did not use its paid features, you can request a full refund.
  • If the subscription was paid a year in advance and you cancel it after 14 days, no refund is provided for the remaining period, except in the cases provided for by law.
  • In the event of technical failures on our side that prevent the use of the services, Pollsar will provide a refund proportional to the unused subscription period.

3.2. To request a refund, you need to:

  • Send a request to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant payment.
  • Provide the transaction details (payment date, amount, service paid for).
  • Describe the reason for the refund (e.g., a technical failure).

3.3. Pollsar will review the request within 14 business days and notify you of the decision by e-mail. If approved, the refund will be made using the same method the payment was made with, within 30 days of approval.

4. Term of the Policy

4.1. This Policy is effective from its effective date until replaced by a new version. We will notify you of any significant changes by e-mail or through a notice on the Platform 30 days before they take effect.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Pollsar is not liable for the impossibility of refunds caused by the actions of third parties (e.g., failures of payment systems).

5.2. The maximum refund amount is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service. Mandatory consumer rights (for example, the right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK) are preserved.

6. Governing Law

6.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes related to refunds are resolved in the courts of the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by the mandatory rules of your jurisdiction.
