Pollsar Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 27, 2025

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter "Policy") governs the refund process for services provided on the Pollsar platform (hereinafter "Platform"), available at https://pollsar.com, by POLLSAR LLC (hereinafter "Pollsar", "we"), a company registered in the United States of America (Florida).

1.2. The Policy applies to all paid services provided to creators (also referred to as "makers"), including tariff plans, advertising banner placement, and subscription to current research, in accordance with the Subscription Terms.

1.3. The Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer, Service Agreement, and Subscription Terms. Using paid services signifies your agreement with this Policy.

2. Grounds for Refunds

2.1. Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of a subscription within the first 7 calendar days from the payment date, provided its features were not used (e.g., you did not create surveys, launch targeting, place banners, or access analytics or research data).
  • Technical failures on Pollsar’s part that prevent the use of paid services (e.g., Platform inaccessibility, inability to place banners, or access research data).
  • Rejection of advertising banners during moderation for reasons not related to the maker’s violation of the Service Agreement requirements (e.g., a technical error by Pollsar).

2.2. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • If you have used the features of the paid service (e.g., created surveys, launched targeting, placed banners, accessed analytics, or research data).
  • If technical failures were caused by third parties (e.g., disruptions in payment systems like Stripe or PayPal).
  • When changing tariff plans (e.g., downgrading from Business to Pro), no refund is provided for the remaining period of the current tariff.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. Refunds for Tariff Plans and Subscription to Research:

  • If you cancel a subscription within the first 7 calendar days from the payment date and have not used its features, you may request a full refund.
  • If a subscription was paid annually (e.g., for a tariff plan or research subscription) and you cancel it after the first 7 days, no refund for the remaining period is provided.
  • In case of technical failures preventing the use of services, Pollsar will provide a refund proportional to the unused subscription period.

3.2. Refunds for Banner Placement Services:

  • If banners were rejected during moderation due to technical issues on Pollsar’s part, a full refund will be provided.
  • If banners were placed but the paid number of clicks was not achieved due to technical failures on Pollsar’s part, a refund proportional to the unused clicks will be provided.
  • If banners were placed and clicks were recorded, no refund will be provided.

3.3. To request a refund, you must:

  • Send a request to [email protected] within 30 days of the payment date.
  • Provide transaction details (payment date, amount, service used).
  • Describe the reason for the refund (e.g., technical failure, banner rejection).

3.4. Pollsar will review the request within 14 business days and notify you of the decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 30 days of approval.

4. Policy Duration

4.1. This Policy takes effect from its effective date and remains in force until replaced by a new version. We will notify you of any changes via email or a Platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Pollsar is not liable for the inability to process refunds caused by third-party actions (e.g., disruptions in payment systems).

5.2. The maximum refund amount is limited to the amount paid for the service, minus any applicable payment system fees.

6. Applicable Law

6.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes related to refunds shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of your jurisdiction.
