Pollsar Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Consent to Personal Data Processing (hereinafter "Consent") governs the processing of personal data of users of the Pollsar platform (hereinafter "Platform"), available at https://pollsar.com, by POLLSAR LLC (hereinafter "Pollsar", "we"), a company registered in the United States of America (Florida).

1.2. By providing this Consent, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and you grant Pollsar the right to process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, USA), and Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (Russia).

1.3. Pollsar does not process the personal data of users under 18 years of age. If we become aware that data of a user under 18 years of age has been collected, we will immediately delete it from our systems.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. We collect the following categories of data:

For All Users:

• Profile data: name, email address (e-mail), age, gender, location (during verification).
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, time zone, session data.
• Cookie data: information collected through cookies and pixel tags (details in the Cookie Policy).

For Respondents:

• Survey responses: information provided as part of surveys.
• Points information: data on earned points and their usage.

For Creators (also referred to as "makers"):

• Payment data: information necessary for processing payments (e.g., bank card details).
• Survey content: text and structure of created surveys.
• Data on the use of the subscription to current research: information about which research has been viewed (if applicable).

Data on Clicks on Advertising Banners:

• When clicking on banners, the user’s IP address is collected to ensure click uniqueness and prevent click fraud. This data does not contain information that can identify the user’s identity.

3. How Long We Store Data

3.1. We store data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing:

• Profile data: as long as your account is active or as required by law (after profile deletion — 30 days for recovery, then deletion or anonymization).
• Survey responses: from 6 months (free tariff) to 3 years (paid tariff), then deleted.
• Payment data: 5 years after the last transaction for tax purposes.
• Cookie data: from 1 hour to 2 years (details in the Cookie Policy).
• IP addresses collected from banner clicks: stored for 24 hours, then deleted or anonymized.

4. How We Use the Data

4.1. We use your data for the following purposes:

• Providing services: access to surveys, analytics, banner placement, and providing a subscription to current research.
• Personalization: tailoring the experience (e.g., survey recommendations).
• Analytics: analyzing Platform usage to improve it (e.g., through Google Analytics).
• Security: protecting against fraud, including preventing click fraud on banners.
• Notifications: sending email notifications about new surveys or updates (with the option to unsubscribe).
• Legal compliance: fulfilling legal obligations.

5.1. You have the following rights:

• Access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.
